Trains cancelled and passengers stranded
ITV News journalist Guy Phillips is stuck at Didcot Parkway in Oxfordshire. His train has been terminated at Didcot. First Great Western Trains have promised buses to Swindon but Guy has been told many as buses are on the school run. Some passengers are heading back to Reading.
