Trains to Wales & West still at a standstill
The power failure in the Swindon area has brought rush-hour trains between London, the Thames Valley, Wales & the Westcountry to a standstill. ITV News journalist, Guy Phillips, is one of thousands of passengers affected. He's just sent us this update.
The 7.11 from Reading to Swansea has been at a standstill at Didcot Parkway for 40 minutes due to amajor power failure. The guard on the train tells us "There is major signalling problems due an electrical fault. The only information we have is to stay here until it has been resolved."
