For 50 years trans-Atlantic pen pals Penny Townsend and Bonnie Hoffman have exchanged letters through the post amassing more than 2,000 letters in all.
But now the pair have decided it's time to modernise. They're switching to email. And there's even talk of Skype. John Ryall reports.
