The operator of a harbour on the Isle of Sheppey has denied it's driving away boat owners by increases in mooring rates. Queenborough Harbour Trust says its fees are keenly priced and comparable to similar facilities elsewhere.
But the Mooring Holders Association says its members can't afford the recent rises. Here's boat owner Chris Archer.
