Winchester Prison criticised in new report
A new report strongly criticising Winchester Prison has been published. The document states that the jail is seriously overcrowded and that its resources are overstretched. However Her Majesty's Inspectorate of Prisons (HMIP) did acknowledge that a new leadership is making improvements.
