Police have launched a murder investigation after the discovery of a man’s body in Carterton, Oxfordshire, this morning.
Officers were called by paramedics to an address in Alvescot Road at 7.53am, where the body of a man in his fifties was discovered. He was declared dead at the scene.
Police have arrested a 27-year-old woman, a 48-year-old man and a 59-year-old man on suspicion of murder. They remain in police custody.
The investigation is at a very early stage with officers from Thames Valley Police Major Crime Unit leading the murder investigation."
Anyone who was in the Alvescot Road area of Carterton this morning who witnessed anything suspicious, or with any information which may help officers with their enquiry, is asked to contact the 24 hour Police Enquiry Centre on 101.
