Servicemen and women from Buckinghamshire are to march through Wendover today - as they exercise their right to the Freedom of Aylesbury Vale. RAF Halton celebrates it's centenary this year, and as well as an honour,
the parade gives personnel a chance to formally thank local people for their support. Dating back to medieval times, the Freedom of Entry is the highest tribute that can be paid to any military organisation or service.
