Millions are made by machines but in a small shop in Sussex thousands of Easter eggs are delicatley made by hand.
Audrey's chocolates in Hove have been using traditional methods to design, make and decorate chocolate in all shapes and sizes for the last 60 years.
They supply prestigious department store Fortnum and Mason - and even the Queen is thought to be a fan. Charlotte Wilkins has taken a look behind the scenes and speaks to owner Keeley Burns.
