Windsor-based troops have been put through their paces on a training exercise in Italy. Troops from D Squadron Household Cavalry took part in 'Exercise Eagle' testing the soldiers' reconnaissance and soldiering skills.
It was also a chance to share techniques and tactics with their Italian counterparts. It took place on a simulated terrorist camp at Monte Romano ranges, near Rome.
