An inquest into the death of a patient at a hospital in Hampshire has begun, almost 15 years after she died.
91 year old Gladys Richards was transferred to the Gosport War Memorial hospital when she broke her hip. Her daughter, Gillian Mackenzie from Eastbourne, has campaigned for years to find out why she died. Andrew Pate sent this report a short while ago.
