Surrey Police is appealing for witnesses following the collision on the M25 clockwise near junction 6 at Godstone shortly before 4.30am.
The collision occurred in a section of the motorway where road works are in place.

The collision has then occurred with a white Renault lorry colliding with the stationary Ford Focus and colliding with the pedestrian.
The pedestrian, believed to be a man in his 50s, was pronounced dead shortly after 5am.
A diversion has been put in place but motorists are advised to expect significant delays to their journeys.
