The body of a woman who was sleeping rough in a tent has been found on a canal bridge in Aylesbury.
The woman was white, about 5ft 4in tall, approximately 18 to 22-years-old, of large build and has black-dyed hair above the shoulder. She was wearing a black hoodie with 'Lonsdale' in bright pink writing across the front, blue jeans and black Nike trainers with fluorescent green/yellow thick laces.
Police, who were called to the bridge on Monday morning, believe that the woman may have been sleeping rough in a tent in a barn. DI Deborah Goff says the death is being treated as unexplained and wants anyone with information to contact her via the Thames Valley Police Enquiry Centre on 101.
