Detectives leading the investigation into the shooting of Jamal Jones in Southampton have released CCTV showing three suspects. Officers are appealing for sighting of the men and hope the CCTV may jog people’s memories.
All three men are believed to be black and are wearing dark hooded tops with the hoods up.
The CCTV shows the three suspects walking along Old Northam Road in Southampton just prior to the murder at around 10.24am on Saturday, April 20, and then again leaving shortly afterwards at about 11.02am. It’s believed they then headed in the direction of the Esso petrol station in Northam Road.
Detective Superintendent Callan Cessford said: “We are trying to trace the movements of the men after they left the murder scene in St Mary’s Street. We know they went up Old Northam Road and then towards the Esso petrol station.
“We would like to hear from anyone who remembers seeing them at any stage on their journey especially if they saw them after they passed the petrol station.
