A last gasp goal denied Tunbridge Wells the chance to take the FA Vase Final into extra time at Wembley. Cheered on by more than twelve thousand fans from the town they lost 2-1 to Spennymoor Town .
Gavin Cogdon gave the North East side a first half lead but "The Wells'" hopes were raised when Josh Stanford equalised with twelve minutes of normal times left. But they weren't level for long as the Northern league team claimed the winner through Keith Graydon.
