A ten-year-old girl from Kent has been allegedly warned by police for drawing a hopscotch grid on the pavement. Her father, Bob Allen said she was approached by two policemen, who told her it was 'illegal to draw on the floor' as it was 'criminal damage'.
The family have made a formal complaint to Kent Police. The incident is alleged to have taken place on Monday 6 May.
