Kent Police to apologise after hopscotch warning

Kent Police have identified the officer who told a ten-year-old girl, drawing a hopscotch grid on the floor counted as criminal damage. They say the officer was 'overzealous' and has had that explained to him. The officer concerned will now apologise to the girl and her father in person.
