A theatre in Maidstone is going to be run by a private company instead of the town's council.
The Hazlitt will be taken over by Parkwood Leisure, possibly by the end of the year.
Maidstone council says it will save them £3.2 million over the next 15 years and provide more choice for theatre goers.
