A man from Burgess Hill, who fell from the 15th floor of a building in New Zealand, is being described as lucky to be alive.
Tom Stilwell was trying to lower himself from a neighbour's balcony when he found himself locked out of his apartment. The 20 year old slipped and fell, landing on a roof below. He suffered broken bones.
