Gatwick airport has welcomed the first long haul aircraft which will allow flights to fly further without stopping.
The Thomson 787 Dreamliner is the first of its kind at Gatwick to fly to Cancun and Orlando.
From today, passengers will be able to fly to popular destinations on a scheduled long haul service on the Dreamliner.
The aircraft is set to revolutionise air travel, offering more access to direct flights to new destinations that are further afield.
