A funeral directors in Kent has launched an unusual appeal - asking families to pick up uncollected ashes, some of them dating back decades.
The business is about to change premises and is concerned that relatives will lose touch for good with the remains of their loved ones. We speak to Lindsay Slater and Marion Wickison from Ord Hume Funeral Directors.
