The Police and Crime Commissioner (PCC) for Sussex has admitted that the force is failing to meet response times for emergency calls in more than one in four cases.
PCC Katy Bourne says it is an "unacceptable situation" and she is working with Chief Constable Martin Richards to make improvements. Meridian presenter Sangeeta Bhabra interviewed the PCC about the issue.
