Ten years after it was written, a report into the deaths of elderly patients at a hospital in Hampshire has finally been published.
Professor Richard Baker was commissioned shortly after he wrote a report about the serial killer, Dr Harold Shipman. He was asked to examine the drug levels prescribed at Gosport War Memorial Hospital in the late 1990s. Fred and Sangeeta link to Andrew Pate.
