Police in Sherborne are appealing for witnesses and anyone with information to come forward after a fail to stop crash in the town.
It happened at around 1.20pm on Saturday 3 August 2013 along the A30 near Horsecastles Lane.
A silver Mazda MX5 convertible, driven by a 67-year-old Somerset woman, was travelling along the stretch when she was forced to swerve out the way of a small silver car driving the wrong way down the dual carriageway.
In taking avoiding action, the Mazda crashed into the central reservation. The offending vehicle failed to stop at the scene and continued along the road before crossing onto the correct side of the carriageway and driving off.
