A man has been arrested after a woman's body has been found at an address in Southsea.
The 53-year-old has been arrested on suspicion of murder and has been released on police bail until further enquiries.
Police attended the address following a call from Portsmouth City Council on Tuesday, August 13.
There were concerns for the welfare of an older woman living in a council property.
