A woman in her twenties, believed to be a passenger, has died after the car she was travelling in overturned near Dover. She was pronounced dead at the scene. Another passenger, a man aged 21, is critically ill in a hospital in London.
The vehicle left the road and turned upside down, landing on its roof in a field near Sandwich Road at Eythorne. Kent Police were called to the scene at around 2am this morning.
The families of those involved have been informed.
The road has now reopened after being closed for a police investigation.
