The mother of a teenager who was killed in a car crash - has finally found the courage to talk about her loss. Emma Hibbert hopes her story will stop more young lives being lost on our roads.
Her son Josh, who was 17 and from Dover, was a passenger in a speeding car when it crashed. He wasn't wearing a seat belt.
Latest figures show that 888 people were killed or seriously injured in road accidents in Sussex in the last year. In Kent that number was 587. 75 of those were under 18.
