The A29 at Shripney Road, in Shripney has been closed after a woman had to be freed by firefighters.
Two cars collided at 8.50am where a Honda Civic left the road and went into a ditch. T
The woman driving the car was then freed by firefighters.
Initial reports suggest that any injuries are not serious but emergency services are still dealing with the scene.
Drivers are advised to avoid the area for the time being if possible.
