Tibetan monks to create artwork in Dorset

Monks from Tibet will spend the next four days creating a sand artwork at Christchurch Priory in Dorset. The Sand Mandala will be made using millions of grains of coloured sand.

The monks have been visiting the UK on cultural tours since 2002, to raise awareness of Tibetan monastery life.
