A 37-year-old woman is the latest recipient of an ASBO in Kent after causing nuisance noise.
Alethea Edmondson, formerly of Ruthsall, was found to have acted in an anti-social manner which have caused harassment, alarm or distress to other people.
For several years, Edmondson's neighbours complained about her loud arguments, loud music and verbal abuse.
Under the order, she is prohibited from:
- shouting or making noise at a level which can be heard outside her address which causes harassment, alarm or distress;
- contacting any Kent Police employee- being drunk or consuming alcohol in a public place within Tunbridge Wells- being in possession of an open vessel of alcohol in a public place in Tunbridge Wells
The order is due to expire on 11th September 2016 and anyone who believes a breach may have occurred is encouraged to contact Kent Police on 101.
