Police are investigating the unexplained death of a man found injured in Hinksey Park, Oxford on 21st September 2013.
Officers were called at around 8.10am to a report that a man had been found unconscious near the tennis court end of the allotments in Hinksey Park.
The man, thought to be in his early twenties, was taken to the John Radcliffe hospital where he died.
