Two drivers have been caught using their iPads behind the wheel during a police crackdown in Hampshire and the Thames Valley.
In total 198 vehicles were identified committing offences during Operation Tramline.
More than 100 drivers were caught using their mobile phones.
Police also spotted motorists driving whilst having a shave, putting their make-up on and brushing their teeth using a bottle of water.
All drivers were issued with notices that will result in a £100 fine and three points on their licence.
