A jail sentence given to a teenager who beat a man so much he was left brain damaged is not long enough, says one of our MPs. Andrew Toseland went to ask a group outside his flat to be quiet when he was punched. As he lay on the floor, unconscious, he was beaten. Kerry Swain reports.
