A 35-year-old man has been stabbed in the stomach outside a house in Burgess Road, Southampton. It happened after 2pm yesterday afternoon. He was taken to Southampton General Hospital where he is currently receiving treatment. His injuries are not believed to be life threatening.
A 45-year-old man from Southampton has been arrested in connection with this incident and is currently in police custody.
