Two arrested after stabbing

Two men are in custody after a stabbing inside a flat in Dover, Kent. It happened at 10pm last night in London Road. A 26-year-old man from Dover was taken to King's College Hospital in London to be treated for a stab injury, believed to have been caused by a knife, and has undergone surgery.

His condition is described as stable and not life threatening. A 28-year-old man from Dover and a 25-year-old man from Deal was arrested on suspicion of assault. Anyone with information about the incident is asked to contact Kent Police on 101, giving reference 02-1672.
