This was an extremely dangerous thing to have done and it is fortunate no one was hurt or even killed. The bridge carries a farm track over the A27 between Woodmancote Lane and South Lane in Southbourne. It lies midway between the Stein Road and Broad Road bridges. Anybody who saw anyone loitering either on the bridge or in that area is asked to get in touch.
