A rising Surrey racing driver is hoping to find enough money to secure her racing car debut at Rockingham this month.
Jessica Hawkins, from Farnham, has ten days left to raise funds ahead of the championship entry deadline.
in 2009 Jessica had to cancel her plans for the MSA Super 1 British KF3 Karting Championship due to money, however she was back in action the next year.
She finished runner-up in the MSA Kartmasters Grand Prix and won the Belgian BNL Karting Series.
Jessica said: "I’ve been offered a fantastic deal to make my debut at Rockingham in the Autumn Cup but we need to raise the funds for it to happen."
"It’s a great chance for sponsors to get to know me and see the benefits of being involved with motor racing, hopefully we can raise the money we need in the next 10 days.”
