– Alison Nolan, a spokesperson for Southeastern
We know it was a difficult journey home for our passengers last night and we're sorry. Our staff worked as quickly as possible to get services back up and running once Network Rail resolved the signal failure. We encourage anyone whose journey was delayed by more than 30 minutes to contact Southeastern Customer Services or submit a ‘Delay Repay’ claim online.
Due to a fire in a Network Rail signal box at London Bridge, passengers are currently able to travel on all Southeastern High Speed services. This is affected commuters travelling to Kent and Sussex.
