Plans to host a large-scale sailing event in tribute to Dorset sailor Andrew 'Bart' Simpson has been unveiled today.
The event has been named 'Bart's Bash' in honour of the olympic sailor who died in May while training for the America's Cup.
The race is due to coincide with what would have been Simpson's 37th birthday on 21st September 2014.
