Surrey officers have placed a cordon in Guildford after concerns were raised over items found at an address.
Police were called to the Ferry Lane/ Portsmouth Road area at 12.15pm on Friday 20th December.
A 100m cordon has been put in place in the immediate area and members of the public are advised to avoid the area and take alternative routes.
