A government decision is expected on multi-million pound plans to rebuild one of the region's biggest hospitals.
Parts of the Royal Sussex County Hospital in Brighton date back almost two hundred years. Health chiefs want to knock it down and replace it with a state-of-the-art building. It would cost four hundred and twenty million pounds.
