CCTV has captured the moment when a man went out to confront a driver who had hit his car but instead, was driven into and then driven around the on the bonnet of the car.
Paul Malin, who works at Grove Tavern in Southbourne, was working when a customer spotted a pensioner crash into his parked car.
He ran out to try and stop the driver continuing on his journey when the 26-year-old was struck and taken half a mile down Dingle Way whilst on the bonnet.
