Oxford United have begun their search for a new manager after Chris Wilder this morning took up the top job at fellow League Two side Northampton Town.
The Cobblers sit at the bottom of League Two, 23 points behind sixth place Oxford. Wilder, whose last game in charge was Saturday's one nil win over Torquay, has managed the U's since 2008 - winning promotion back to the Football League two years later. He says this move was a difficult decision.
