A man is to be charged with the murder of Kent schoolgirl Claire Tiltman more than 20 years ago. Claire was stabbed as she walked to a friend's house in Greenhithe near Dartford on January the 18th 1993 - four days after her 16th birthday.
Today the Crown Prosecution Service said there was sufficient evidence to charge former milkman Colin Ash-Smith, who's 45, with her murder. John Ryall has our report.
