A driver jailed for six years over the death of a teenager is appealing his sentence.
Brian Hampton was convicted of causing death by careless driving and perverting the course of justice.
It's after he knocked 16-year-old Jade Clark off her moped on the A31 in Hampshire last February and then tried to cover up his crime.
