Taxi marshalls will continue in Brighton & Hove. The initiative has been interrupted while partners in the city agree ongoing funding. Sussex Police did respond to The Argus last night to say the service will be restored soon.
"Taxi marshalling plays a key part in identifying vulnerable people and preventing crime at night in the city. Brighton & Hove police are committed to paying their contribution to this valuable service, which is funded by a number of partners in the city.
