Thames Valley Police is appealing for the public’s help to trace a missing teenage girl from Oxford.
Jessica Arthur, aged 14, was last seen at her home address in Oxford on Friday afternoon.
Jessica said she was travelling to Banbury to go to a friend’s house, but failed to return to her home address in Oxford and was reported missing on Friday evening.
She is white, 5ft, with dyed bright red, shoulder-length hair. She was last seen wearing jeans, brown UGG boots and a black leather jacket.
Det Sgt Simon Hannam said: “We know that from Banbury, Jessica has taken a train to London and we are progressing our enquiries there.
“We are keen to speak to anyone who may have seen her in either in the Oxford or London areas and can provide us with any information about her movements.
“We also believe that she has friends in the Grays area of Essex, and may have travelled to that area."
