New 'super beach huts' are set to go on sale in Bournemouth.
All 18 of the huts are bigger than traditional ones, measuring around 4.3m x 2.3m.
Work to build the super huts , to the west of Alum Chine towards the Poole border, is set to start at the end of the month.
The huts are available on a first-come-first-served basis and new owners will be able to decorate the inside as they wish.
Currently, there is a 10-year waiting list for both private sites and annual lets in the area, but there is no queue for a super hut.
