Preparations have begun to demolish a former coastguard cottage teetering on the edge of cliffs in East Sussex following three months of dramatic erosion.
Engineers are warning that other cliff-top properties at Birling Gap face the threat of demolition within ten years. Charlotte Wilkins reports.
