An MP has called for a change in the laws on tyre maintenance in Parliament today after a fatal crash on the A3 near Hindhead in September 2012.
The coach was taking people home from the musical festival Bestival on the Isle of Wight when it over turned.
Festival goers Michael Molloy and Kerry Ogden and the coach driver Colin Daulby were killed.
It was later found that a tyre which was more than 20 years old had blown out.
MP Stephen Hammond said guidelines had been published to the bus and coach industry about tyres over 10 years old not being fitted to the front axel.
