Little Wittenham in Oxfordshire becomes the centre of the Poohsticks world today at the 31st annual championships.
Inspired by AA Milne's much loved children's books, competitors drop a Poohstick into the River Thames, to see which one travels the furthest, fastest.
Many teams compete in fancy dress.
As the Championships fall on Mothering Sunday, the organisers will also be presenting a prize to the "Best Fancy Dressed Mum".
The money raised goes towards the RNLI.
